Development Manager: This project consists of development and construction of three office buildings as well as road extension construction as well as infrastructure construction. Scope of services included coordination with project architect, engineering design consultants, interior design consultant, developer/landlord, general contractor and City of Aurora. To date my role has been to develop overall schedule, overall budget, review all documents, and submit site plan, engineering and construction documents to City of Aurora for approval. Solicit pricing from general contractors, apply for building permits and track progress and cost to date... Currently project is ready to commence construction following a letter of intent from an anchor tenant.
